meetin' the future in-laws...:)

...today we drove to Stettler - the "heart" of Alberta - to see our good friends: Mary, Dave and Ian. Lyla and Ian locked eyes a couple of times...cautious smiles were shared (so were some tears). All in all, I think Lyla made a pretty darn good impression:).

(It's a lot of work being cute - especially when you've been playing "hard to impress" all day to the cute boy next to you.)
