this lovely creation was created by my wonderful father-in-law. i don't think it started out as a joke to make me want to vomit, but after the second evening in a row, i think he was eating it just to watch my face turn green.but despite that, i wouldn't trade my husband's family for anything:) - they have taken me in as a daughter and i don't feel like an in-law at all! thank you mom and dad for such a wonderful time! and thank you dad for sparing me the horrible-ness of the liverwurst and peanut butter sandwich, i don't think i could have handled such...creative food choices twice:).
