with a title like that, you probably expect a picture. i would too. with all the amazing moments that have happened the last few days one would think i would have the camera constantly hung around my neck.
oh well...maybe next time.
the biggest thing that happened (besides lyla discovering at a birthday party yesterday that she can jump like a crazy person inside one of those blow up jumping cage thingies) happened today in our living room. at first, i thought this momentous moment was the fact that both girls were down for a nap at the same time, i got the living room floor vacuumed, the floors washed, the downstairs bathroom cleaned AND supper prepared. i must admit, i was very pleased with all my accomplishments. nope...it was during a quiet moment with both girls as we were getting ready to walk out the door that i turned around to see lyla leaning back from giving livie yet another kiss and livie sitting there in her car seat with the biggest smile on her sweet little face.
i love that they have each other. i love that they are going to be giggly and girly together. i love that they are going to have secrets that only they know. i love that they are going to fight over clothes and boys and make-up. i love that lyla now has a sister. i love that already they are forging a crazy, fun, completely adorable bond.
seriously, my heart couldn't be anymore full!
