...and i knew it would depress the pregnant woman, so i chose not to look at the amount of calories this one tiny container held.
but it was good...
mainly because tony, after working a 14 1/2 hour day, knew how desperately i am craving chocolate ice cream and took me out to get some.
14 1/2 hours...a number i think i'm going to be getting used to in the next few months. now that everyone knows who are supposed to, i can share the big news that tony got a huge promotion a month ago! and while it means longer hours (for now), a move to a new city when i'm 7 or 8 months pregnant, it means that we are finally able to settle into one place for a couple of years and start setting down some roots. roots that i find i've been longing for and missing.
so now, we are busy house hunting, driving by the new store every week to see the progress and thanking our heavenly Father that He has provided this amazing opportunity...because seriously, this could take us anywhere in the world! how exciting!
*thank you again celia for bringing me such a gorgeous bouquet of lilacs, when it should have been me giving you something for babysitting lyla! they mean the world to me and they're blooming!! kind of:).
