i'm not sure...

if this affects those of us who are in canada, but i do know this law will affect my sister who is down in washington who has the shop on my sidebar called *avery's attic*.

here is a link to another blog that has a well-written, well-informed post on this new law that is coming into affect for sure in the US on feb.10 and could put my sister as well as other small business owners out of business. sounds like it will also affect ones ability to purchase baby items at consignment shops.
